Bill Wilborn is a graduate of Western Michigan University with BS Degree in Education and a MS Degree in Student Personnel Administration/Counseling.

His skills as a designer and facilitator of workshops at major colleges and universities throughout the country are in demand. He designs workshops that focus on personnel administration functions, instructional design, consulting and stand up training. He has designed, planned and conducted week long training seminars for managers. Bill has conducted team building, cultural diversity, college relations, transition to employment, mentoring, and anti-gang seminars. Bill has presented seminars at Whittier College, Arizona State, Pan American University, Southern California University, University of illinois, Western Michigan University, University of Washington, and Texas Southern University. He is a guest instructor at National-Louis University and Loyola University and serves on the Inroads/Chicago Inc. Training Committee.

Since January of 1991, he has served as President and Managing Director of Wilborn & Associates. He is also Regional Assistant Coordinator, in an area that specializes in enrichment and personal development through group and individual interaction.

Bill Wilborn is a recognized overachiever. He is the fourth child in a family of thirteen children born to Avery and Sam Wilborn. He became a student in the original Upward Bound program at Western Michigan University. Bill returned to his roots and became an Upward Bound Instructor at the University of illinois for three years. His message to youth was "With persistence all goals are attainable."

Mr. Wilborn now resides in Chicago, Illinois, with his wife Deborah and 2 children. There were many adversities to overcome but his ambition and determination to excel propelled him toward his goals.
