Stephanie R. Holland

Class of 1981

Stephanie R. Holland, is the daughter of Edna Holland-Frige and the late Winford Holland.

She is a 1995 graduate of Concordia University with a BA in Human Resources Management, and a 2001 graduate from the University of Phoenix's MBA program. She received the Distinguished Alumni Award from Covert Public Schools for her accomplishments and was the commencement speaker for the Covert High School Class of 2002.

Stephanie has been employed with several financial investment firms including MBNA, AIG, and New York Life. Her greatest achievement occurred during her ten year tenure at AIG where she held the position of Senior Trainer. Her responsibilities grew in scope to include offices in New York, Delaware, and New Jersey.

Upon her departure from AIG, Stephanie shifted her career path from corporate America to the academic field. She is currently an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, where she has been recognized for her many teaching roles.

Stephanie continues to stay active in many private and community service organizations including the Business Professional Exchange, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, National Association of Female Executives, Heart Change, NAACP, National Literacy Foundation, March of Dimes, and the Gospel Workshop of America Choir.
